Her journey in fashion began from a place of restricted expression; after spending much of her youth in a strict private school environment where uniforms were mandatory, she developed a deep appreciation for the power of personal style. This drive eventually led her to the designer side of the industry as a jewelry creator in Clearwater, Florida, where she began networking with photographers and modeling for her own brand to gain exposure.

Since those early days, she has built a professional portfolio that spans editorial, commercial, and runway disciplines across major hubs including New York City, Atlanta, Miami, and Kansas City. As a 5'2" African American woman who is natural from head to toe, Iesha has spent over a decade proving that impact in the fashion world isn't measured by traditional height requirements.
